Welcome to our first IDCCA Newsletter – the place we’ll keep you updated on what we’re working on, things coming up on our calendar, and ways to support us all summer long.

First up, we had our annual Boot Camp training on Saturday with the National Democratic Training Committee. We trained over 150 new candidates and campaign operatives on how to win during the course of the day.

[link removed] [[link removed]] RSVP [[link removed]] Here’s a big win for us: Department of Homeland Security Secretary Krisi Noem came to Springfield a couple weeks ago to spread misinformation and cruelty about immigration. We put out a statewide to County Parties and activists. Within 24 hours nearly 500 people stood outside the Governor’s Mansion and outside the State Capitol to stand up against ICE Barbie.
