John,

The ACLJ has witnessed first-hand the increasing targeted persecution of Christians in India. And we're taking direct action to stop it.

Our client, Christian Pastor Bryan Nerren - an American citizen - was wrongfully arrested and detained in India for seven months simply because of his faith.

Our team fought tirelessly to secure his freedom. And only after concerted diplomatic effort was Pastor Nerren finally released and reunited with his family in America.

Once he was safely home, Pastor Nerren relayed an alarming message he'd heard from an Indian official: "We have been ordered by the Central Government to crush Christianity."

And we're seeing that ominous directive being played out with mounting fervor. India's Christians are abused, threatened, and even arrested for their beliefs. Their own government allegedly wants them "eliminated."

We just delivered a critical written submission to the U.N. Human Rights Council in defense of India's Christians. And TODAY, and over the next 3 days, we will be making 3 oral interventions urging the world's leaders to take immediate action to defend Christians from unconscionable harassment and abuse.

We must stop the incendiary persecution of India's Christians before it blazes out of control.

Take action with us.

Sign Our Petition: Defend Persecuted Christians.
