That’s the finding of our 14th annual ParkScore® index, released today. The data show that residents of cities with the highest-ranked park systems are healthier and more socially connected than those in cities with lower rankings. This year, we measured the 100 most populous U.S. cities in five categories: access, investment, amenities, acreage, and equity.

Can You Guess Which Southern City Ranks in Our Top 10 Park Systems?
|
Using the information from our ParkScore® index, we study access block-by-block, pinpoint areas where new parks are needed most, and work with local leaders to improve existing parks. With your support, we can break down barriers to park access and create opportunities for people to engage with nature—and each other.
For the love of parks,
