Thanks to you, the work of building a Philadelphia that is both Safer & Fairer is moving forward. 

Thanks to you , we won a resounding victory in tonight’s Democratic Primary.

Thanks to you, we are proving that justice makes us safer — because homicides are at a 50-year low, 45 innocent people have been exonerated and released from prison, and we have the lowest number of Philadelphians in state & county jails since I became a lawyer in 1987. 

And thanks to you, we proved that even though we didn’t have as much money — in fact, we had less than a fifth of what our opponents had — we proved that you cannot just buy votes or buy elections. 

We have proven that the power of the people will always prevail over the power of money. 

Unlike my opponent, our campaign was powered by grassroots supporters like you, who pitched in $20, $50, or $100 at a time. 

And if our opponent decides to run as a Republican later this year, no matter how much he and his MAGA friends decide to spend to try to buy another election, well, he can F—around and find out.
