When we stand up to Trump’s lawlessness, we can win!
This is big: A court recently stopped Donald Trump’s mass firings.
President Trump and Elon Musk have been trying to gut the federal government from the inside out, firing anyone in the name of efficiency. But in reality, they were dismantling the critical services and programs that so many Californians and other Americans depend on, while putting thousands of workers’ livelihoods in danger.
That’s why Rob took action. He’s filed three lawsuits to stop the mass firing of probationary federal employees, Department of Health and Human Services staff, and Department of Education workers.
Rob also joined a coalition of attorneys general in submitting an amicus brief ahead of a court issuing the TRO that halted Trump’s federal firings.
Rob’s message is clear. He will never back down as long as Donald Trump is attacking our government – because we can win when we stand up to Trump’s lawlessness!
We can’t let up now – especially since the administration asked the U.S. Supreme Court to step in and appeal this lower court order so it can proceed with firing tens of thousands of workers.
