Dear supporters,
Session is almost over and good bills need to move forward and be set for a floor vote! We need the following bills to be set for a floor vote THIS WEEK because Saturday, May 24th is the last day for House committees to vote out Senate bills:
SB 13 by Sen. Paxton - Banning harmful sexual materials from public school classrooms.
SB 18 by Sen. Hughes - Banning highly sexualized drag queen story hour at public libraries.
These good bills should be scheduled for a floor vote this week in order to move forward in the process.
Call the members of the House Calendars Committee and ask them to set these bills for a floor vote THIS WEEK!
