The news about Joe Biden's cancer had barely broken, when JD Vance decided the world needed to be reminded of what a colossal jerk he is. Instead of wishing Biden a full recovery, expressing sympathy, or doing any of the things that people who have a non-lizard heart do, Vance decided to spew conspiracy theories, bash Biden, and go into full-on asshole mode.
