Anyone with half of a non-cognitive declining brain knew that Joe Biden was not well. Upon hearing the former president has metastatic cancer and most likely has had it for years, there are obvious questions to be asked about who was really running the People Who Controlled Joe Biden adminstration. Who was operating the autopen? Who thought they could tweet out a new Constitutional amendment?
