BREAKING! Pornography Websites SUED for Violating Age Verification Laws
The NCOSE Law Center has filed the first U.S. lawsuits suing pornography websites allowing children to access their site, in violation of state age verification laws.
The lawsuits are filed on behalf of Q.R., a Kansas boy who was exposed to several hardcore pornography sites at the age of 14, despite the state’s law requiring pornography websites verify the age of users.
Q.R.’s mother had done everything right. She took great care to lock down and monitor all her son’s devices. Yet he found an old laptop in the closet, and spiraled into compulsive pornography use.

Christen Price, NCOSE Senior Legal Counsel, to Testify Before Congress
Tomorrow at 2:30 pm EST, Christen Price (Senior Legal Counsel at NCOSE) will be testifying before Congress about the intersection between A.I. and sexual exploitation.
Price will be speaking in favor of the NO FAKES Act, which seeks to tackle the risk that AI poses to victims of “deepfakes,” as well as artists and content creators. Price will be testifying alongside other prominent witnesses like Martina McBride, Multi-platinum Country Music Singer-Songwriter; Suzana Carlos, Head of Music Policy at YouTube, and more. The scope of the NO FAKES Act is wide, but Price has been specifically invited to speak about the impact on sexual exploitation.
The use of A.I. technology to sexually violate others is growing at an alarming rate. 2025 research from Thorn shows that 1 in 8 young people personally know someone who had AI-generated sexual images made of them as a child, or who used A.I. to generate sexual images of other children.
We must take swift legislative action to address this problem, or it will only get worse.
Tune in tomorrow at 2:30 pm EST to listen to Price’s testimony! |

AngelQ and NCOSE Urge Congressional Hearings Over Section 230 in Light of Meta’s New AI Chatbot
Given shocking revelations that Meta’s new AI chatbot will engage in sexually explicit conversations with child accounts, the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) and AngelQ have called on Congressional leadership to hold hearings over Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
Section 230 has been routinely interpreted to grant tech companies, like Meta and others, blanket immunity for any and all types of sexual abuse and exploitation they facilitate.
“Most urgently, we advocate that Congress repeal or meaningfully reform Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. It is time to make unequivocally clear that Section 230 protections do not apply to algorithmically recommended or AI-created content, or a company’s platform design choices. Just as a defective toy or harmful medication must face liability and be taken off shelves, AI products that harm children must also bear full product liability,” said Dr. Marcel van der Watt, President, National Center on Sexual Exploitation.

Not a Fantasy: How the Pornography Industry Exploits Image-Based Sexual Abuse in Real Life
Nine young women were secretly filmed undressing in their college locker room. The videos were uploaded to Pornhub and XHamster.
Katelynn Spencer was shocked to learn that videos of her performing sex acts had been uploaded to Pornhub by a male friend.
Dozens of women were promised modelling jobs, but were instead sex trafficked into making pornography by "GirlsDoPorn," a verified content partner of Pornhub's.
These are all examples of image-based sexual abuse (IBSA).
NCOSE's groundbreaking new report, entitled “Not a Fantasy: How the Pornography Industry Exploits Image-Based Sexual Abuse in Real Life,” details how pornography distribution websites like Pornhub, XVideos, XNXX, and xHamster facilitate, normalize, and profit from IBSA.
