House Republicans have advanced a $5.5 trillion tax scam that would pass out major giveaways to billionaires and big corporations — and they want to pay for it by slashing healthcare and food assistance for millions of Americans.

Here's their plan:

• Give millionaires tax breaks worth $90,000 a year
• Create more in loopholes for corporations
• Gut Medicaid and SNAP to foot the bill
