Instead of focusing on anything of importance like jobs, healthcare, the economy, or keeping our communities safe, Republicans in Congress are instead focused on renaming the Gulf of Mexico as the “Gulf of America.”
Apparently, House GOP leadership thought some Democrats might go along with it. But lol, no. Every single Blue Dog voted NO!
This is the level of nonsense that we’re up against. Americans want to see Congress solve real problems, but… this is what the far-right cares about most.
