John, As graduation season begins, we’re celebrating an incredible achievement in Minnesota: a record-high 84.2% of high school seniors will graduate this year. This is the highest graduation rate in our state’s history. And there’s even more good news, as demographic gaps in graduation rates have narrowed. We’re seeing this historic success because under Governor Tim Walz’s leadership, Minnesota has made big investments in things like free school meals, teacher training, mental health resources, and technical training opportunities. These policies are setting students up for success—not just in school, but in life after graduation. But now, federal cuts could roll back our progress. The Trump administration is actively working to dismantle the Department of Education and slash funding for programs that help students with disabilities, from low-income families, and in rural communities succeed. As a former teacher, Governor Walz will never stop fighting for Minnesota students. But he can’t do it alone. John, will you chip in to support Governor Walz and his ongoing work to support Minnesota students?
