I am proud to be supported by the Sierra Club: While Donald Trump and Elon Musk are devastating our environmental protections and efforts to address climate change, I am running for Lieutenant Governor because Virginia must lead on protecting our environment for future generations.

New Virginia Majority has endorsed our campaign and released the following statement: "Senator Hashmi emphasizes the work we're committed to doing, from strengthening tenants' rights and making home-ownership more accessible, to protecting Virginia's immigrant communities and Virginia people's freedoms at large. We're proud to partner with her to put our communities first."

Vote Pro Choice has endorsed our campaign: Thanks to the disastrous Dobbs decision, our daughters have fewer rights than their mothers did. I’ll never stop fighting for reproductive health care. That’s why I carried and passed the Right to Contraception Act, and it’s why I’m proud to stand with Vote Pro Choice in this campaign. |
Her Bold Move believes men shouldn’t be making laws about women’s bodies: “Senator Hashmi’s leadership has made a difference felt throughout the Commonwealth, and we are eager to see her lead with that same pragmatism, empathy, and bravery as Lt. Governor.”
