Fellow Conservative,
I’m so proud of what we just achieved. The Take It Down Act has been SIGNED INTO LAW.
We worked closely with victims and their loved ones, dozens of advocacy organizations, and lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to get this passed and sent to President Trump.
This is a historic victory in the fight to stop revenge porn and deepfake abuse.
The good news doesn’t stop there. This is what happens when Congress is focused on tackling tough issues and taking the gloves off to hit perpetrators hard.
We changed federal law AND sent a strong message.

Mr. Deepfakes is a despicable website that served as a free-for-all open market for nonconsensual AI-generated deepfake pornography – and they CLOSED THEIR DOORS PERMANENTLY and WIPED OUT THEIR ONLINE PRESENCE just days after we passed the Take It Down Act.
We’re forcing online platforms to remove nonconsensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a request from a victim, and we’ve made the distribution of such images a crime punishable by fines or jail time.
I’m proud to have led the charge to get the Take It Down Act across the finish line.
But as I’ve said before, victory in this fight belongs first and foremost to the victims who have bravely shared their stories.
It’s vital that we sustain our fight for the Trump-Republican agenda – I’m grateful beyond words for everyone reading this who supported our push to get the Take It Down Act on the books, and for every bit of financial help we receive to fund our efforts.
