I’m writing to you today because it’s come to my attention that you’re one of the last holdouts in your area, when it comes to completing the Faith and Politics Survey. As someone who deeply believes in the values that shape our nation, I’m personally asking for your input.

The Faith and Politics Survey is an opportunity to make your voice heard on the issues that matter most: faith and family. It’s clear that many of your neighbors have already shared their opinions, but do they speak for you?
