From the “social patriot” support of WWI to former “socialist” Mussolini’s March on Rome; from the Trots of Partisan Review’s transformation into neocons to today’s so-called “Patriotic Socialism,” white nationalism has been a slippery slope towards a fascist dictatorship. They masquerade as left-populist champions of workers — but on close examination, their politics have little resemblance to consistent working-class positions.

Instead, we find racism, male chauvinism, and homophobia. What’s the class and ideological basis for this? Tune in for the discussion.
