Republicans aren’t governing with their constituents in mind. They're
governing for the donors and corporations who line their campaign coffers.
Stripping health care and food assistance from families in need isn’t just
bad policy — it’s morally indefensible.

Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
