We all know Donald Trump doesn’t come from the working class. But the truth is, his message connected with working-class voters more than ours did. That has to change—now.
That’s why we’re taking action. We’re launching listening tours across the county to hear directly from working-class voters about what they want, what they need, and how we can do better. But listening tours isn't enough.
We also need working-class voices at the table—and on the ballot.
That’s why we launched our Candidate Bootcamps. Our first session kicked off in early May, and it’s just the beginning. Throughout 2025, 2026, and beyond, we’re training everyday people—teachers, nurses, tradespeople, small business owners—to run for office and bring real representation to Arizona.
Because if we keep putting up the same kind of candidates and expect different results… well, we all know what that is, it's the definition of insanity.
These trainings aren’t flashy—but they are effective. And they take resources.
We're not the national or state party. We're a county party and don't receive money from the state or national party. We rely on grassroots supporters like you to build something real from the ground up.
