There’s been a lot of talk lately about the separation of powers—especially as
federal judges issue a wave of rulings that seem to defy the will of the people.
It highlights a pattern we see every few election cycles.
When in power, the far-Left calls the Constitution “outdated” and seeks to
overthrow it. When out of power, they claim to uphold it.
