Hey folks – it’s Rep. Nikki Budzinski here, and I’m excited to reach out to you to talk about how the IL Dem County Chairs’ Association and I are teaming up to hold Republicans accountable.

As I’m sure you’re aware, Republicans have fully embraced the chaos they’ve created. They’re trying to pass nonsense legislation like renaming the Gulf of Mexico and rubber-stamping Trump’s extremist agenda, allowing him to impose reckless tariffs that are raising prices on working families.

To add to that, they’re refusing to hold town halls to answer to their constituents and take accountability.

But IDCCA and I are working together to fill that void. If Republicans refuse to hear folks from Illinois, then we’re happy to step up and do that work. I ran for Congress to listen to folks directly and try to solve problems. That work doesn’t stop because Democrats are in the minority.
