For the first time in his career, Mitch McConnell is facing a challenger who can go toe to toe with him—and win.

We know this is a difficult moment for so many people across the country. While the fight must go on to replace the leaders who are failing us, we understand if you’d like to take a break from our email updates. To hit pause on these emails for the next week, let us know here.

Everyone—we have some fundraising updates to share about this race:

First of all, Amy outraised Mitch McConnell—again. (That’s four fundraising periods in a row!) From April to early June, we raised $11 million compared to Mitch’s $7 million.

And the really big news? We’ve completely eliminated the fundraising advantage that Mitch spent 35 years building. And we did all that the right way, one donation at a time—over a million of them, in fact. The average supporter chipped in just $39.

Better yet, this comes on the heels of a new independent poll that shows Amy taking a small lead—41% to 40%. That’s huge, but our work is nowhere near finished.

We’ve all known from the start that this race was going to be a steep hill to climb. But for the first time in his career, Mitch McConnell is facing a challenger who can go toe to toe with him—and win.

That’s because of you.

Our primary is in 9 days, and we’re doing everything we can to help get out the vote. If you can help, chip in and let’s go make Amy the next senator from Kentucky.

Thanks—more soon,

McGrath HQ
