A new lawsuit is pulling back the curtain on just how far MAGA operatives are willing to go to suppress the vote, and the evidence is disturbing.

This case, brought by voting rights groups, reveals a coordinated effort to challenge thousands of legal voter registrations based on nothing but bad data and partisan intent.

The goal is clear: create confusion, cast doubt, and throw up roadblocks for everyday Americans trying to exercise their fundamental right to vote.

A recent example? The North Carolina State Supreme Court election, where Allison Riggs just won her seat by just 734 votes after a 6-month legal battle. Through the courts, Jefferson Griffin tried to overturn his loss by challenging over 65,000 votes — including those cast by his opponent’s parents.

They tried to change the rules of the game after it had already been played.

We’ve already seen this play out in places like North Carolina, where new voter suppression laws — including voter ID and restrictions on mail voting — were greenlit by a far-right state Supreme Court after conservatives flipped the bench.

Those laws are now being challenged in court, but let’s be honest: the outcome could hinge on who’s wearing the robe.

And there’s more on the horizon. North Carolina’s Supreme Court race in 2026 could determine whether extremist lawmakers are held in check or given a blank check to pass even more anti-voter laws.
