SB 1073 by Sen. Bryan Hughes relating to discrimination against an applicant for or holder of a license to practice law in Texas passed out of Texas Senate.

SB 1257 by Sen. Bryan Hughes will require health benefit plan coverage for gender transition adverse effects and reversals has been sent to the Governor’s desk to be signed into law.
