Congratulations - FINALLY! - to Justice Allison Riggs on officially winning the election to maintain her seat on the North Carolina Supreme Court. After two thorough statewide recounts of all ballots, Justice Riggs won by 734 votes out of over 5.5 million cast. 

Instead of gracefully conceding, her opponent, Jefferson Griffin, attempted to throw out tens of thousands of votes —- many of which were cast by members of our military —- in an attempt to undermine our democratic process.

It’s a HUGE win for Democracy and a defeat for GOP voter suppression tactics.

And it’s a massive victory for Democrats in North Carolina and nationwide who refused to allow Republican bullies to grab this critical NC Supreme Court seat.

Team, we must keep the momentum going in North Carolina. With a Republican-held U.S. Senate seat up for grabs next year, NC Democrats urgently need our help to replenish their campaign funds after this bruising Supreme Court fight.
