Public Notice of Approved Amendment to the WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the Cowboy Solar I and II Project; DEQ/ISC 23-03

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on March 31, 2025 from Enbridge Inc. (Permittee) regarding the Cowboy Solar I and II Project in Laramie County. The Permittee requested an extension of the permit to change the commencement of construction to second quarter 2026. The request was granted.

Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 23-03 on April 15 and April 29, 2025. The Director authorized the change on May 16, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
