This Monday, we’ll be in federal court fighting to ensure that mifepristone—a vital, life-saving medication—is accessible to everyone who needs it.

Earlier this week, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. suggested that President Trump will use his control over the FDA to decide the future of mifepristone, a safe, effective, FDA-approved abortion medication used in more than half of all abortions nationwide.

But we refuse to let that happen.

We’ll be in Charlottesville, Virginia making the case that scientific evidence—not politics—should guide medical care. For over 20 years, mifepristone has been proven safe and effective, but anti-abortion extremists continue to deny the science and seek to stigmatize this essential health care.
