Dear John,
Every systemic change initiative we lead, from employment and education
to housing or healthcare, relies on one thing: research. When research
is used to justify harm, erase histories, and uphold racial inequities,
we need more than just better processes – we need a new purpose.
This June, we're offering a bold opportunity to rethink research as a
tool for collective liberation.

Join us on June 11 for a three-hour interactive workshop where we'll
examine how traditional research practices have reinforced oppression.
Together, we'll explore liberatory frameworks that center racial equity,
grassroots experimentation, and community-driven power building. This
session is designed for equity practitioners, organizers, public sector
leaders, and anyone seeking to realign their data practices with
justice.
You'll walk away with strategies to center community needs, design
values-based research protocols, and move from data to action.
Join us Wednesday, June 11!

Our trainings don't just inform. They transform. But don't take our word
for it – here's what participants are saying:
"I simply loved the training… it was engaging, interactive, and very
planned out. This is the most I have ever participated in a full-day
Zoom training but this is also because the trainers were personable and
knew what they were talking about!"
"[Facilitators] made the workshop feel like a safe space, and I
appreciated their vulnerability and effort to deliver this work that I
wish more people had more access to and funds to learn about. It felt
interactive and inclusive, whether you raised your hand to talk or just
share something in the comments."
