Hours ago, I hit the final poll I needed to officially qualify for the next Presidential debates.
 
I know many folks underestimated us, but you just helped me prove them all wrong. I’ll never forget it.
 
I was never supposed to be a frontrunner in this presidential race.
 
I was never supposed to make the cut for the debate stage.
 
People who grew up where I did -- who were raised by single moms like I was -- who come from a family of immigrants like I do -- we were told to set our sights lower.
 
But you just helped me make history and prove them all wrong.
 
I’m now one of the few candidates who’s officially secured a spot in the next Presidential Debates.
 
 
When the President attacked me and my family…
 
When the press didn’t give me a fair shot...
 
When the far-right said someone from an immigrant community could never represent this country...
 
You believed in me, and you had my back. You have no idea how much that means.
 
Thank you for believing that a kid from the West Side of San Antonio deserves to share my vision with America. I won’t let you down.
