Our amendment, which would enshrine abortion rights in the VA constitution, has already passed both chambers of the General Assembly with a majority vote. Next up: we must HOLD ON to our pro-choice majority this November, enabling us to bring the amendment back for a second vote in January 2026.
That is only the first part. Our ultimate goal is to get the question on the ballot in the fall of 2026 to protect the right to an abortion – and we will need your help every step of the way.
