 ACROSS THE NATION 

  • The D.C. District Court granted the American Immigration Council’s motion for a preliminary injunction in litigation demanding information about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The order followed a hearing where the Council argued a preliminary injunction was necessary to compel the agency to comply with the law and release documents on the steps ICE has taken to protect detained individuals.
