Here's how your donation helps:



* Last month, CHD helped a courageous doctor in California sue
the CDC over a program that forces pediatricians who serve
low-income children on Medicaid to administer every vaccine on
the CDC's childhood schedule.

By supporting Dr. Samara Cardenas, who lost her practice
because she wouldn't give COVID vaccines to 6-month-old
babies, we aren't just supporting one brave doctor.

We're fighting for the 29.2 million children in the
U.S., under age 17, who are enrolled in Medicaid - and at
risk of being forced to get COVID vaccines.



* Last month, CHD also helped a 16-year-old sue her school after
it denied her medical exemption for a third Hep B vaccine
- even though multiple doctors said the vaccine would
likely harm her.

By supporting "Jane Doe's" lawsuit, we
aren't just helping one wronged teen.

We're fighting for the millions of children and
teens forced to choose between missing out on a public
education and getting an unwanted vaccine.




These two lawsuits will force the courts to hear critical vaccine
injury evidence and take a deep dive into the issues of health
freedom, informed consent, and vaccine injuries.




And it's not just vaccines . . .




Vaccine injury is one of our core issues. But we also know kids are
at risk from other toxic exposures.




One of the fastest-growing health threats to today's kids,
especially vulnerable children with autism, is electromagnetic
radiation.




Late last year, the CHD EMR legal team helped a community in Nevada
temporarily shut down Verizon's plan to erect two 5G cell
towers - near a daycare facility and in a park across the
street from an elementary school.




We haven't won the Nevada battle yet. Just like we
haven't yet won a similar fight in Pittsfield, Massachusetts,
where we're supporting a lawsuit by residents who developed
radiation sickness after a cell tower went up in their town.




We'll keep fighting for the people in Nevada and Massachusetts.
But we're also gearing up for an even bigger fight - with
our Stop5G and 704NoMore initiatives.




These initiatives will involve legal battles to protect the millions
of children and adults who are sensitive to electromagnetic radiation
- yet powerless to escape it as long as the Verizons of the
world can put up cell towers with no regard for the health of
families who live in their shadows.




What's our EMR legal strategy?




We're going to force the FCC to acknowledge that cell towers
wreak havoc on human health. And expose the fact that existing
federal law protects Big Telecom - while it strips you and your
children of the right to a healthy, radiation-free environment.




All these legal battles, whether over vaccines or EMR or some other
toxic exposure, come with a big price tag.




But they're worth it. Because every time we win, we don't
just win for one doctor, one teen, one neighborhood.




We win for millions of people - millions of kids - who
benefit when the courts side with them over Big Pharma or Big
Telecom.
