The Village of Oswego is honored to host the Illinois Fallen Wall, a tribute that commemorates every Illinois service member killed in action since September 11, 2001. This memorial display will remain in the Village Hall lobby through June 6.
Presented by the Chris Patterson Memorial Foundation, this powerful display features the faces and names of our state’s fallen heroes — a solemn reminder of the ultimate sacrifice made in service to our country.
The memorial will be open to the public in the Village Hall Lobby, located at 100 Parkers Mill, during the following hours:
Special ceremonies will bookend the memorial's time in Oswego:
We encourage all residents to take time to visit, reflect and pay their respects. This display not only honors the lives lost but also strengthens our community’s connection to the values of courage, service and sacrifice.
