The legislation seeks to reform the H-2A visa program and establish a stable, legal workforce for farmers and ranchers across the country. With strong support from both parties, proponents say it's time to deliver long-overdue immigration reform to secure our farms and food supply and to lower the cost of high-quality food produced in the USA.

Sen. Cruz Introduces the Invest America Act - Every child in America will have private investment accounts that will compound over their lives, enhancing the prosperity and economic participation of the vast majority of Americans. When people years from now talk about the changes created by Republican efforts this Congress, this is one of the landmark achievements they will talk about.
