XRUK is getting involved with ‘Heat Strike’, a national campaign uniting climate groups and trade unionists to take action on the hottest days of the year.

On Monday 26th May at 7pm - 8.30pm, we're hosting an online video call via Zoom to share information about Heat Strike’s summer plans and how you can take part.

Prepare for Heat Week — a coordinated week of action designed to pressure the government and employers to protect workers’ rights in the face of climate breakdown.

Come to hear about the strategy for Heat Strike, and ways you can take action locally. It is an ideal way to connect with people in your community around an issue that affects everyone.
