National Republicans are not about to give up their House majority easily.

The last time Young Kim lost a congressional election was during the first Trump midterm election in 2018. We are in another Trump midterm this time around, and it is clear that Kim is vulnerable.

Political experts at the Cook Political Report, Inside Elections, and Sabato’s Crystal Ball all rank CA-40 as one of the most competitive races in the country. With Republicans clinging onto a three seat majority, winning here could be the key to a Democratic majority.

Young Kim is not serving Orange County and Inland Empire families. Instead, she is voting in lockstep with extreme Republicans who are bending to Trump’s every desire.

I know firsthand how important it is for our communities to have the support they need to thrive – affordable health care, quality education, and focusing on lowering the high cost of living.

It is why I am so determined to flip this seat. CA-40 deserves real representation, not a rubber stamp for Trump’s destructive policies that improve the lives of billionaires instead of the middle class.
