Friend — It’s the halfway point of the month, so Ed checked in with the campaign team earlier today about our progress towards our monthly fundraising goals. We had both good news and bad.

The bad news: We are well behind where we hoped to be at this point in the month. It may be because of all the economic uncertainty under Trump’s chaotic presidency, but many people aren’t donating right now.

If we continue to track behind, we may have to reassess our new budget and the amount we can invest to fight back against this administration.

The good news: Thousands of people like you are reading this email right now, and all it takes is a few dozen people to step up today and make a donation to get us back on track.
