How It Works

When you book an appointment online, you will receive:


*

A confirmation email and text message the day the appointment is scheduled


*

An email and text reminder the day before your appointment (based on the contact information you provide)

What to Expect In-Person

*

Upon arrival, check in at the DLCP kiosk


*

You will be called for service shortly after check-in


*

There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after that, your appointment will be cancelled


*

If your appointment is cancelled, you may reschedule or take a first-come, first-served ticket and join the regular line
