Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Judicial Watch does not believe that election results should let government officials off the hook for violating the law…

…and I am urgently asking for your help today so that we can continue to hold officials from the Biden administration accountable under the law to the American people!

Please let me briefly review three Judicial Watch lawsuits that you won’t hear about in the mainstream media, but that are critically important to upholding the rule of law and creating accountability in government.

  • Last month, in response to a Judicial Watch lawsuit, we received documents from the Justice Department showing that Biden White House staffers suggested edits to transcripts of President Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur regarding his handling of secret documents.

  • These new documents provide an extraordinary insight into a White House cover-up of Biden’s cognitive challenges. And we urge Trump Attorney General Pam Bondi to follow up with the full release of the actual audio of President Biden’s disastrous interview with the special counsel, which we are also suing for!

  • Also in April, we sued the Justice Department for emails of Dena Perkins, a section chief at the FBI, regarding whistleblower retaliation against FBI officials who were considered pro-Trump. Congressional testimony of multiple FBI agents indicates a clear pattern of harassment of multiple FBI employees, including the suspension of security clearances and job loss, allegedly because of their support for Trump.

  • Our lawsuit shows that elements in the FBI are still covering up its mistreatment of these agents. Transparency and accountability at the FBI can’t come soon enough!

  • And just two weeks ago, we sued the Defense Department for records regarding a reported January 2021 meeting between Attorney General Merrick Garland and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley during which they discussed President Trump, which journalist Bob Woodward described as “highly unusual, if not unprecedented.”

  • We know that General Milley abused his office to target President Trump and millions of Americans as he pursued the political agenda of the Biden administration. We urge Trump Defense Secretary Hegseth to order immediate transparency and release these documents to Judicial Watch and the American people!

We will never drain the Washington swamp if the American people are kept in the dark about government wrongdoing, whether by past or present administrations!

That’s why we persist in our litigation to advance accountability and the American people’s “right to know.”

But all our lawsuits cost money!

Please help us today with your best gift. And I thank you in advance for giving Judicial Watch your support!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
