We need to hear from you because combating climate change is a top priority for MJ. John Cornyn isn't addressing climate change with the seriousness it deserves, as one of the greatest threats to our country. Instead of defending Texas' environment and the future of our children, he's taking hundreds of thousands in campaign contributions from fossil fuel lobbyists and corporate PACs.
Senator Cornyn's votes on the climate and the environment have put special interests first, while putting Texans at risk of environmental disaster. (His lifetime voting score from the League of Conservation Voters is only five percent. FIVE percent!)
Texans deserve a senator who'll stand up for our kids' safety and future more than five percent of the time. But he's too busy protecting the special interests to take a stand against the climate crisis.
