Team,
New Yorkers across the state will begin heading to the polls today to cast their ballots during the early voting period for the New York Primary Election on June 23.
While I am honored to advance to the general election and am eager to take on my GOP opponent in November, there are still a host of elections up and down the ballot where your voice and your vote are critical to our democracy.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
All across New York, early voting polling sites will be open from June 13 to June 21 so residents can vote safely and early in the primary election.
If you do not feel safe voting in person you can still vote by mail. To request your absentee ballot to vote-by-mail in the upcoming June 23 primary election, please fill out this form:

When filling out your ballot request form, here are a few things to remember:
1. Check “temporary illness or physical disability” to indicate that coronavirus is the reason you will be voting-by-mail in the June 23 primary election.
2. Your completed form must be mailed, emailed, or faxed to your county board no later than June 16.

3. Once you receive your ballot in the mail, you must postmark it, deliver it in-person to your county board, or drop it off at your polling location no later than June 23
While we continue to be vigilant about slowing the spread of coronavirus, polling sites may look different from a traditional polling place and may operate under different offers. You can verify your polling location and hours of operations here:

Please, remember to follow all safety precautions, like wearing a mask and practice social distancing, if you decide to vote in person.
Team, thank you so much for your dedication to our democracy. We appreciate you making your voice heard in this incredibly important election year.
If you have any questions, please respond to this email and we will do our best to make this process as easy and clear as possible.
In it together,
