==>>Something as simple as a deep hamstring and glute stretch.  You sit on the cushion with your legs on the plate. The added surface area will allow you to support your upper body while you work your hamsrings into the plate. 

You can lay back on the cushion, and put your glutes on the Power Plate. Move your knees from side to side and let the vibration flow through tight hips and lower back. 

Do this after any exercise, even a simple one mile walk.  If you are already sore, these same exercises will help to gently loosen you up over time. 

Take your time, drink lots of water and let the Power Plate work on your pain.  The harmonic vibration is there to penetrate deeply and help heal. 

The Power Plate does not shake you.  You have probably seen videos of people literally shaking on cheaper teeter totter plates.   

There's no shaking going on here. If you see someone on a Power Plate you will hear the vibration in their voice, but you won't see them shake. 

The harmony is so precise and powerful that it even makes my wedding band start to move around my finger when I put my hands on the plate.  

Growth Hormone Workout:

As a general rule, exercises that combine aerobic and resistance training boost growth hormone the most. 

A great example is using weights in your hands while doing squats. You'll find that the intensity level is so high that you'll need to take frequent breaks. 

If you are adding weight to any Power Plate movement, and get out of breath quickly, you are on track. 

In terms of what setting to use, you'll want to start on the lower intensity and work your way up. 

Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after any Power Plate session.

Here is a quick rundown of some science that helps to explain how this can be true.

What Does This All Mean In Simple Terms? 

1) When you use a Power Plate, you are going to increase levels of Growth Hormone in your body, naturally.  (Other forms of intense exercise can also increase GH levels).
