One year ago today, we won our primary to become Baltimore City Council President.

I promised to be a City Council President who focused on the things that matter most to you, your family, and your community.  

We can’t control the chaos in Washington, but we’ve got plenty of work to do here at home. In the first six months of our term, your City Council has:

✅ Fought for rate relief from sky-high BGE bills

✅ Hired the City Council’s first-ever Director of Oversight

✅ Created Baltimore’s first agency dedicated to protecting consumers

✅ Worked to reform our City’s broken permitting system 

That’s what our City Council should be focused on: putting more money in your pockets, protecting you from scams and schemes, making it easier to build a home, and making government work better for all of us.
