Attached is the published tentative agenda for the Third Quarter Meeting on July 14-15, 2025 for Robert G. (Bob) Bethell Joint Committee on Home and Community Based Services and KanCare Oversight.
Please note the following:
• Public testimony on KanCare will be the afternoon of Tuesday, July 15th.
• Unless the written testimony is marked IN PERSON in the upper left-hand corner of the submitted pdf document, it will be assumed to be written-only testimony.
• Submit the pdf of your testimony to me by email no later than Noon (12:00 pm) on Thursday, July 3, 2025, to be included on the agenda. Remember to note if you plan to present IN PERSON in the pdf.
• Have delivered or mail two paper copies of your testimony to be received by KLRD Room 68-W by 5:00 p.m. by Thursday, July 10, 2025.
• A revised agenda with presenters will be published the week of July 7th.
