Hello,

I just spoke out in an all night 18 hour marathon Ways and Means Committee hearing about the failure to fix SALT, the devastating cuts in healthcare, the massive ballooning of the federal deficit and the continuation of payroll and other taxes on tips, overtime and Social Security, all while decreasing taxes for the wealthiest. This is all despite promises to do otherwise.

This bill falls short. Please watch some of my questioning and testimony. [[link removed]]

We need to work across the aisle to restore SALT, cut taxes on working people, reduce the deficit, and make America affordable. This bill does not do that!

I’ll always use my voice in Congress to fight for the people I represent who are concerned about 1) the economy, 2) immigration and the border, 3) taxes and affordability, 4) public safety and 5) healthcare.

Chip in before our mid-month deadline to help me stay here >> [[link removed]]

Thank you,

Tom Suozzi
