The corruption never ends.

Donald Trump is reportedly poised to receive a $400 million luxury aircraft from the Qatari government—an opulent “gift” he wants to use as Air Force One and take with him after leaving office as part of his so-called “Presidential Library.”

Just weeks ago, Qatar also announced plans for a new Trump-branded golf course. But I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.

Let’s be clear: this is the kind of foreign entanglement our Constitution was written to prevent. Presidents are prohibited from accepting gifts from foreign governments unless approved by Congress. But once again, Trump and his enablers in Congress are willing to ignore the law and undermine our democracy for personal gain.

Even beyond the corruption, this is a serious national security threat. A plane previously owned and under the influence of a foreign government should never be allowed to carry the President of the United States.

And yet, taxpayers could be forced to spend hundreds of millions of dollars retrofitting this aircraft to make it safe just so Trump can have a flying palace when he leaves office.

This isn’t just outrageous. It’s dangerous.

If we want to stop this kind of lawlessness, we need to take back the House and restore accountability in Washington. That’s why I’m asking:
