This didn't happen overnight. It took years of advocacy from voters, providers, students, and supporters like you. [[link removed]] Earlier this year, we took this case to trial and yesterday, a state court ruled that these laws violate the Reproductive Freedom for All amendment passed by Michigan voters in 2022.
