It's just over a month to Better Transport Week 2025 which this year runs from Monday 16 to Sunday 22 June.

We're lining up a whole host of events, offers, competitions and more to once again celebrate public transport, shared and active travel. 

This year the theme is how better transport – transport that is safe, accessible, affordable, reliable, integrated and green – can help connect communities and bring people together.

Better Transport Conference

As part of Better Transport Week 2025, we will once again be running our popular and free Better Transport Conference. This year's conference is being sponsored by Stark Communications and City Science and will take place on Friday 20 June at Manchester Metropolitan University. 

The conference, which is open to anyone with a personal or professional interest in transport, will explore the Better Transport Week 2025 theme of how better transport can help connect communities and bring people together.
