Dear EHK Delegates, Supporters, and Friends,

Shalom Aleichem.

This has been an extraordinary eight weeks for all of us. You joined us, you supported us, you gave us strength, and you stood by us throughout this journey. The road was often bumpy, but you believed in us and kept your eyes on our shared goals—Kiddush Shem Shamayim, Emunas Chachamim, Ehrlichkeit, and Kedushas Eretz Yisroel. For all of this, and so much more, we say thank you from the depths of our hearts.

The WZO election in the USA has concluded—well, almost. Paper ballots are still being counted, various claims of fraudulent voting need to be sorted out, and numerous submissions regarding questionable election processes require careful deliberation.

We want to share with you that EHK has submitted two formal complaints. First, we have filed a complaint against the Reform movement for their advertising materials that informed potential voters they could "self-identify as a Jew" in order to vote, when the rules clearly state that one must "be Jewish" to vote. EHK contends that the Reform movement, through this language, was soliciting non-Jews to participate, which constitutes a clear violation of election rules.

Second, we have submitted a complaint against the Conservative Mercaz movement in Israel, and by extension the American Conservative Merkaz movement, concerning the actions of Dr. Izhar Hess. We allege election interference for his role in paying Charedi individuals to influence Chareidim not to vote in the WZO elections. While we do not yet know the outcome of these submissions, we are fully prepared to pursue our complaints through all available channels, including the WZO Court in Jerusalem if necessary.

We can report with great satisfaction that approximately 250,000 people voted—double the participation from 2020. We pray that EHK performed well, that religious and politically right-wing parties succeeded, and that the right wing will dominate the WZO Congress and future WZO decision-making processes.

Final results may take several weeks to be announced, and we will keep you informed as they become available. In the meantime, EHK remains actively engaged in WZO elections worldwide, including in England, France, Canada, Australia, Argentina, Ukraine, Brazil, Chile, and additional countries.

We are also actively fundraising to support our continued activities in the USA and the elections in the aforementioned countries. We warmly welcome your continued support and participation in these vital efforts.

Once again, thank you! We recognize that our success depends on Siyata Dishmaya and your invaluable help. Our achievements are yours as well.

With profound gratitude and appreciation,

On behalf of the entire EHK team,

Rabbi Pesach Lerner
Chairman, ERETZ HAKODESH

Rabbi Nechemya Malinowitz
