Dear John,

When I first began serving the people of Georgia, I promised that protecting our rural communities and agricultural stakeholders would be a top priority.

After Hurricane Michael, I drafted the farm relief package that provided emergency assistance to our rural communities and hardest-hit farmers and ranchers. However, my experience has taught me the importance of working proactively to create agricultural safety nets before unexpected natural disasters occur.

Now, my work for farmers continues. As Chairman of the U.S. House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, I am working to help farmers and ranchers get their products in the hands of consumers, even when COVID-19 is stretching the supply chain thin.

John, if you support the work I am doing in Congress to advocate for agriculture, the backbone of Georgia’s economy, would you contribute to my campaign for reelection? Make a contribution here →

Thank you so much for your continued support, and God bless you.

Sincerely,
Congressman Sanford Bishop
