In New Jersey, President Trump’s Acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba is launching a full investigation into what she called a dangerous and illegal protest at an ICE detention center—led by Democrat politicians.
 

The incident happened Friday at Delaney Hall in Newark, where left-wing activists, including Newark’s Democrat Mayor Ras Baraka, allegedly stormed the facility. Baraka was arrested for trespassing after ignoring repeated warnings from Homeland Security agents to leave the property.

President Donald Trump’s hard-nosed trade strategy with China is starting to pay off. According to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, the Trump team made real progress this weekend during trade talks with Chinese officials in Switzerland.
 

“We’ll release more details Monday,” Bessent told reporters, “but I can say the talks were productive.” He said China’s vice premier and two top-level ministers sat down with Ambassador Jamieson Greer and myself, and both men spoke directly to President Trump to keep him fully updated.
